Am I Reading Sony's Ownage Correctly?

Hi All,

I want to make sure I'm clear on this (I'm getting ready to email some
comments to my representatives).

According to http://attrition.org/security/rants/sony_aka_sownage.html,
Sony has had 19 incidents in the recent cluster, and 43 past
incidents. Am I reading the article correctly?
