Bruyere Continuing Care said in a statement that neither of the computers contained any medical information, but said data for patients seen at the clinic between 1971 and July 1, 2006 may be on the computers. Personal data may include name, date of birth, street address, telephone number or health card number. The data breach could affect up to 60,000 patients.
