16 minutes in the President talks about the impact of the security breach. the President indicates that the Merchants have been appreciative of the fact that you can't trace the breach back to a particular merchant.

Key phrases....
No confidential merchant info was at risk
No connection that a consumer could make back to the merchant
Appreciation for the forthrightness
Not likely to have impact on their business
We're not kidding with ourselves that it's an opportunity for competitors to come in and have impact
Merchant count attrition is better not worse
Sales force installed the same margin this year as last year even though they were talking more to the client base
Very encouraging signs nonetheless

Breaches do not have a measurable impact of damages.
(at least not yet anyway)
