New GAO Report on Data Breaches and ID Theft

The Government Accountability Office today released our report on data breaches,
identity theft, and breach notification, entitled "Personal Information: Data
Breaches Are Frequent, but Evidence of Resulting Identity Theft Is Limited;
However, the Full Extent Is Unknown."
