NJ: Alcatel-Lucent loses employee data

The disk was prepared by Hewitt Associates for delivery by UPS to Aon Corp., another vendor, and was lost or stolen some time between April 5 and May 3. The disk included Lucent employees' names, addresses, Social Security numbers, birth dates and salary information.
