DLDOS typo - Medica total (06/05)

Thanks to Dennis Opacki, an error in the total for the Medica breach in 
the Data Loss Database (Open Source) has been found.  The total for Medica 
(DL-0089) inadvertently included and extra zero, pushing the reported 
total from 1.2 million to 12 million.  DLDOS has been updated and the 
revised total affected now stands at just over 136 million instead of the 
original (erroneous) total of over 146 million.
