I think not.

Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, etc., will not become wholly
0wned subs of the USG; 0wning the userbase of transnational firms
will be, if it is not already, a de facto joint venture of those
sovereigns possessing effective national labs.  Think Sematech,
but without the Memorandum of Understanding.


Time will, of course, tell,
