SP2 + Softice

Has anybody eelse had trouble with getting Softice to work on a AMD 64
bit platform with SP2? I don't think DEP is killing it since I am
getting no errors, I just can't seem to start it. When I issuse net
start ntice, i get "System error 31 has occured." I can't find any
info in the docs about this.
