RE: Microsoft IE cookies readable via about: URLS

Hi again,

        I've had a few personal follow-ups asking, so let me confirm that I am 
creating the "about" value as a DWORD.
        I've also had one other person tell me they can't get it to work either; they 
are "on Win98SE with up-to-date IE 5.5."
