/proc/pid allows strange tricks (2.3.49):
/proc/pid has strange things in 2.2 too. I've reported that to the kernel list shortly before 2.2.0 was released. The hole is still present in 2.2.14 :( See here: http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/linux/linux-kernel/Year-1998/1998-49/0208.html
