The packages are available only for Zoot edition (6.2).
They should work even with 6.[01], but it seems that the kernel shipped
with 6.2 is needed (2.2.14).

All Red Hat Linux 6.x users are supposed to upgrade to 2.2.16 (the
capabilities errata said so), and this is explicitly mentioned in this
errata as well. This fixes a critical security bug.  People rolling
their own kernel would update this on their own too, as there is a
critical bug fix in the 2.2.16 kernel
