Well, I've rescanned the Internet.  I've chosen to scan down to /27
subnets this time.  My new list of open broadcasts is available at....

YOUR NETWORKS OR DOWNSTREAMS!!  If there are no broadcasts to use, there
are no broadcast based attacks!
