All reports so far seems to indicate this IE warning was a false alert. "Jason M. Taylor" <jtaylor () precisioncs net>: I tested it on a Windows 98 SE box running IE 5.00.2614.3500 and got the following, "Exception while fetching image:com.ms.security.SecurityExceptionEx[example0.action]: cannot connect to "www.microsoft.com"". The security was set to Medium. All of the updates on the Windows Update site at Microsoft have been applied to the box as well. Fire677 () aol com: I have IE 5.00.2916.6307 [i don't think that's 5.01 but i upgraded to it, go figure...] running on Win 98 and it didn't work. "PrairieWeb Support" <support () prairieweb com: This does not work on Windows 2000 IE 5.00.2920.0000 or 5.00.2920.0016 . -- Elias Levy SecurityFocus.com http://www.securityfocus.com/
