Has anyone taken "nestea2" and ran it on their system localy before? eg, from console just nestea2 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 -n 30, or something to that extent. i run 2.0.34pre10, and its *supposed* to be patched for it. now it seems to be, except if you run that program on yourself from console, you get a whole lot of crap from your kernel, not pretty. doesnt seem to do much but be an anooyance though. -- small portion -- general protection: 0000 CPU: 0 EIP: 0010:[<001384ed>] EFLAGS: 00010206 ----- thats just a very small part. now suposivly the printk "overdrop" item is supposed to be fixed in 2.0.34pre10? again, i ran the program on myself form console and it didnt appear to be fixed. i checked the code, and all the fixes appear to be there. At any rate, just thought id say something. - Kyle McLerren - Administrator, cold-fusion.dyn.ml.org root () cold-fusion dyn ml org http://cia-spook.dyn.ml.org # rm -rf /dev/reality Segmentation fault (core dumped) PGP 5.0i key avalible upon request
