Perhaps you or someone else can summarize or provide information to us
who for reasons of time and/or money cannot go to Boston to attend this
workshop.

If nothing else, perhaps post the info on the COAST or bugtraq lists,
or a pointer to an ftp subdir where people can get material at their
earliest convenience?

That is the biggest impedement to progress I am aware of - lack of
INFORMATION.  Causes are varied and numerous, but the effect is the same.
