Documentation I can reference while in the sw dev cycle and also storage/ transportation of data to ensure I'm properly 
complying. I've got the legislation… and I'm reading… and it seems very vague. 

Any help is appreciated. 

And I guess while we're at it I'm also curious about access control methods based on mac/ devID. I'd be using this in 
conjunction with another form of access control Someone told me its not possible.. but they are also the one that said 
IP spoofing isn't possible :) 

And I obviously meant HIPAA :)
