Why not give tor a try if u need true anon.

As mentioned it's highly likely that any VPN provider anywhere in the world is going to provide logs in the event of a
court order.

But any VPN will comply with a court order, no doubt about that. I have been using Acevpn.com for the last month,
their cheapest $5/month package doesn't have great speed but more than enough for browsing the Internet and chatting.

Subject: VPN Service

Hello all,

I'm looking for a VPN provider to encrypt my communications. My main
objective is to get secure communications while being able to search on
the web, read and create content and, most of all, can get my IM/IRC
traffic secure.

Any suggestions?

I've seen some providers - like HideMyAss, SwissVPN, etc - and i'm
looking for the best security with the lower price :)

Thanks in advance
