Just a quick question for anyone that has taken the CEH or any offensive

I've done CEH v7 recently. It took me 4 -6 weeks to go through the
books and labs. But seriously CEH is just CRAP. It's not what it's
depicted by ec-council. EC-Council has just taken advantage of
security risks after 9/11. Their website has only one thing good in it
and that's big 3d shiny icons. Their membre forums are barren (36
total posts in the most active sub-forum) even member area has
frequent broken links :(.

I don't know why the hell it has gained popularity. OSCP is 1000 times
better then CEH. If you are lookign for real life skills then go for
OffSec trainings instead of EC-Council otherwise go for ISC2 or ISSACA
if you are more interested in policies and paper work.

I feel bad for the money wasted over CEH. I should have paid for OSCP.
