Subject: Living opposite a base station

Hi All!

An ISP has setup a base station accross where a friend lives and we
were wondering what/how we can construct an antennae that we can
connect to our laptop and see/tap the traffic on the base station.

Any TECHNICAL ideas?

Thanks!
