if u already have an HSM in ur organisation, go through its documentation to start with. Also check with the vendor, 
they usually provide training from basic to advanced topic. 
Another option is to google, u will surely come accross some docs, or by some books do some search on terms like LMK, 
ZMK, PVV, KEK, etc
