If there is a client associated to AP you could send a disassociation packet to the client/clients disconnecting them all getting them to reconnect, but if this is not a lab setup and not for educational purposes then the help from this forum will probably cease. If it is a lab set then sniff the air while having a client PC associate/reassociate to the WLAN and you shall get what you need to proceed to the next step. Good luck! - A On Mon, Mar 21, 2011 at 3:26 PM, Archangel Amael <archangel.amael () gmail com> wrote:
In order to capture a handshake you are going to need a client to generate one with the AP. You could easily setup a machine to connect, disconnect, repeat, as needed to help facilitate the process. Check out the aircrack-ng documentation on the subject. It's probably the best guide. http://www.aircrack-ng.org/doku.php?id=cracking_wpa Take note of the section on troubleshooting the capture process. Good luck.
