The limited knowlege I have, There is no difference with SSL or
without SSL when we talk of server side vulnerabilities, SSL helps to
protect evesdrop on the connection between the client and the server.
It does not protect any server vulnerabilities.

If you are thinking of exploits and weakness about SSL then most of
them are in the implimentation not SSL itself, like you have SSL
channel but have insecure cookies which help in session hijack,
impersination etc etc......
