Server 2008 R2 Windows Firewall with Advanced Security Problem

Have a hosted 2008r2 server exposed to the web and am trying to limit RDP requests to only from network. The firewall is set in domain mode (cant change). I added our networks ip address under the scope remote IP address to an existing enabled rule named remote desktop (Tcp-In) Inbound rule for the Remote Desktop service to allow RDP traffic. [TCP 3389] Still does not block the inbound sessions. Under advanced the domain box is checked.
