Look at Alien Vault. http://alienvault.com/products/open-source-siem.

It is available in both open source and commercial versions. It has snort, openvas, nagios and a siem tool all wrapped
into the installation.

We like it as it is polished and very scalable (from a single box to multiple sensors, databases and web servers).
