NAP IS related to joining a computer to the domain as it relates to fl0w3r's question of ensuring the Kaseya agent is 
present on the client machine before it joins the domain.

As you probably know, NAP protects networks from rogue/unjoined computers that don't meet minimum requirements; for 
instance, if they are not part of the domain or they don't have Kaseya agent installed. Then NAP can move their focus 
to a remediation network, where they can download and install the necessary software. Afterward they will be authorized 
to join the domain.
