Indeed they have a internet connector license for external users which may be anonymous. Unfortunately this license 
will not apply for Enterprise software where the user are internal employee. Patch management, anti-virus, client 
firewall and IPS all need CAL if you have a centralized management console. 

If you have a lot of users, I think the first question to ask the vendor is what OS their product can run on.
