Is the presentation available?

 From what i've read, Chris Paget made an interesting conference
exposing the gsm flaws, but i haven't find any videos of the lecture.

I can't go find the link right now but some of the presentations at DEFCON this year pretty much demolished any 
claim the protocol might make to being secure. One in particular featured a researcher who convinced gsm cell phones 
in the audience at his presentation that he was their provider's base station.
