In my meager defense, I at least only use this Google account for mailing list activity. It's not used for anything else, nor am I ever logged into it. Then again, what public mail service *is* trustworthy? My main worry would be things like correlation or being persisently logged in and tracked... (I'm sorry if it looks like I brought up an old topic. The mailing list is barfing up lots of old [probably moderated and/or web-posted] emails in the last week that are from responses in 2009 and forward. Who knows, maybe Snoop Dogg hit the wrong button...) <- snip ->
First, I don't trust Google.

(Yes, sent from a gmail account...)
So at least you know that you're using a Gmail account. Anyway, if you like to keep your privacy then I would never use a Gmail account. But you are not alone, sadly... Show me 10 Black Hat SEOs who are NOT using a Gmail account...
