All, does anyone know of any application firewalls (or similar) that is able to block SNMP write connections. I've been asked to allow a monitoring server access from a differnet site to monitor devices in our secure network. As it only needs to use SNMP read not write the end goal is to block all but read access. I was wondering if there are any devices capable of querying and I presume blocking certain commuity strings. thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Securing Apache Web Server with thawte Digital Certificate In this guide we examine the importance of Apache-SSL and who needs an SSL certificate.
