Try 1 & 2

1. OSSIM (free open source)
It s perfect for network analysis.

2. Wireshark! (free open source) Any thing related to NW analysis but it too
raw for network  monitoring...

3. Your options
3.a. PacketTrap - Quest doesn't make its Mark in my books..
3.b. Splunk - Never used it... :-(


4. Manage Engine Kit
If U happen to like windows, U would love it... it is more of plug & play,
push button thing.. Personally, I Hate it!
