zero footprint virus protection for certified PC

hi,

I am searching for a zero footprint virus protection for testing for virus infection without installation of a 
programm. The PCs are certified and installation of a program is not permitted.

Which software do you suggest?

Does Knoppicillin (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knoppicillin) the job or are there better alternatives?
