Sorry, just re-read your post and now I see what you're trying to get at. I thought you wanted to just block the urls that had your filenames in them but you want to be able to block any content that contains certain words; right? What about safesquid? It has keyword filters. I can't see any free keyword filter blacklists We use Watchguard's WebBlocker which runs surfcontrol(websense) and it does url and keyword filtering. It's subscription based though.

Actually, I saw couple of Proxy tools which use them for blocking illegal content (such as Squid-Guard). But their blacklist contains porn urls and domains. My case is that I have a Database file (.mdb) with tons of filenames gathered from audited machines (one filename per row) and would like to cross between a blacklist with words such as: xxx, porn, so on...
