A great free one I use is

IP SERVER CHECK MONITOR

It allows you to check full http, email, and a host of other ports.  Also 
allows you to set up any port check you want and have it email you if the 
protocol goes down.

You can also get it to page you in case this happens.

Hello !

Om looking fo a tool to monitor my servers uptime.
Thinking of pinging som domains and maybe have som script running in the
servers to give an Ok if server is good.

A am tilting towards Nagios for there tool to genriate automatic
repports for uptime.
But anyone using any thing else?
