MSIA School comparison

Hi all,
Has anyone attended either Regis University (based in Denver, CO) or
Capitol College (Based in Laurel, MD) for the MSIA program they offer?
 I am looking to see which school would be a better fit.

Opinions on their respective curriculum, ease/difficult of class,
class size, and overall knowledge gained are of interest to me.
