Need Horror Stories

Hi all,

I'm doing a workshop on computer security for a group ofnon-profits and
I'm in need of stories & stats.  Does anyone havegood horror stories,
especially ones about:

+ non-profits/charities,
+ making commonly-made mistakes,
+ causing damage to credibility, fundraising capacity, etc.
+ that have specific numbers attached to them (eg. cost)
+ and are entertaining?

I'm hoping for stories that will encourage non-profits to take the steps
needed to be safe.
