To attempt to answer this question I would say you should install vm ware on your computer, buy a portable hard drive, build out a virtual system of your liking, save the files to the portable drive, then just open that system and do with it as you like. As far as your regular and by your I mean your "company's computer", you can install a file monitoring program log every access to your computer. You don't want to loose your job over something this silly.
