Hello, This maybe irrelevant, but in software based disk duplication utilities, the software isn't usually the bottleneck. It is the interface over which the data is being transferred. If you are using USB interface to connect to a SATA drive, the transfer rate is on 480Mbit/sec (0.5 Gbit/sec). Whereas if you use a eSATA interface you can get transfer of 3Gbit/sec.
