White Hat Agreement

Does anyone have a template they are willing to share for a white hat agreement for a "Capture the Flag" hacking 
educational event being held where I work.  We are performing the event within its own internalized network, but I 
would feel better if we had a signed agreement of the participates to state they will not use / abuse the knowledge 
they gain for "evil" purposes.  The intent is to educate in order to prevent such occurrences.
