I don't remember the name, sorry. However I have been on projects where all peripherals in the machines were disabled, excluding the keyboard and a mouse... It is definataly doable. In regards to official and non-official USB; I have no idea how you would differentiate between the two. How is an official device more "secure" than the non-official device.
