Hi all,

I have encountered a significant number of home users running pirated copies
of Windows XP.  They know they cannot update but do not really care.  When
they have a problem, there vendors come, format their machines and they are
ready to go.

Of course, the same users whine that all their data was lost.  It is useless
pointing out that if they had used genuine Windows XP in the first place,
they would not be in this position.
