Again, arrest does not equal jury. Next as has been requested by others, where is the source of this thread. Charge sheets? News Article? What are the facts of the case or are we to continue to speculate and make up our own to suit our pre-existing prejudges? I'm no lawyer but I think that the ability for Party B to use Party A's AP without their knowledge constitutes reasonable doubt.
