Appears to be a great job.

Another addition of value enhancement and something that would keep guys 
like me coming back would be some Security Awareness videos and materials, 
if the can be incorporated.

I mean, something of the sort http://www.noticebored.com/ guys do but the 
downside is, their costs for providing materials are prohibitive for free 
lancers and security starters.

Just give it a thought.
