If you are using the IPSec protocol, you need to >know that IPSec cannot
handle NAT. You are using private IP addresses >which will cause problems
with IPSec.


You can enable NAT-Traversal (NAT-T) on windows
this is done using a registry hack, that you should
find somewhere on MS help pages
