Secure App/Desktop Sharing

Hey list,

We are currently looking for a secure peer-to-peer collaboration
(sharing) tool for our enterprise. Basically, security has to go
beyond encryption but also include that no company data or files gets
uploaded to a third-party server, which is not the case with many
services out there. In a perfect world, this secure collaboration tool
would be extensible or pluggable with our (or any) secure vidcon/chat
solution. Any suggestions out there? Thanks in advance!
