And they send disks with VMWare images on them. You can follow through with the material on the screen and do all that you would have to do at the conference. The benifit of the conference is that you can ask questions as you go. The benifit at home is that you can take your time. They also have "virtual mentors" so if you do have issues, you can get a response, but it is likely to take a little more time then if the person is in the same room.
