Password Managing Solution?

Hello list members, does anyone know a good password management solution that can distinguish between different user groups/levels? I do not need a bloated all-in-one-wonder-software with single-sign-on or rsa-token capabilities, just something like "keepass", but with the ability to set permission levels on password entries and users. One encrypted password-file/database with authentication via key file and user/password, and then (depending on the username), you should be able to view/change only the passwords you are allowed to see... I'm aware of the fact that you can arrange that with keepass and different password databases, but if you have >20 users and more than 10 different password groups, that setup can get quite unmanageable. The software should be usable in an enterprise environment (no share-/freeware), so either from a well known vendor or high-standard open-source (like keepass). Thanks Phoe Nix
