Has anyone had any problems using Nmap through a VMWare session?? It seems that whatever i scan i get a response, even when i know it to be an unused IP address. i have used WireShark to analyse the results and packets that go to the dead IP's look aas valid as the packets to live hosts. Any ideas? -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Using-Nmap-through-a-VMWare-session-tf2282081.html#a6339427 Sent from the Security Basics forum at Nabble.com. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- This list is sponsored by: Norwich University EARN A MASTER OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION ASSURANCE - ONLINE The NSA has designated Norwich University a center of Academic Excellence in Information Security.
