Anti-Spam, etc... thus far I've been relatively impressed with the NFR I've been playing with.

I highly recommend the IronPort appliances S-Series (Content inspection) and C-Series (Anti -spam, phishing, virus). 
Those are enterprise and ISP class high performance appliances with very useful options and a very low time of config & 
management: www.ironport.com

I havent used any of those, but a company that I did an IT audit for use a Barracuda device (found at 
http://www.barracudanetworks.com) that was very very good. Id suggest you check that out as well.

They have a great selection of  rack mount modules that do all sorts of spyware, mail, virus,instant messaging, and web 
filtering.
