Enterprise software for identifing user removing software

Hi,

For a large client which security is his mail concern
im looking for an enterprise level software which will
tell him if an end user for example has ininstalled
his AV software' or disabled it or maybe removed his
personal Fw or even has unistalled or installed any
other software.

Does someone knows about this king of sofware?
