The biggest thing I have tried to instill in my users, is a healthy fear and paranoia of the internet and computer tech. A great timely example I saw today would be this article http://www.darkreading.com/document.asp?doc_id=95556&WT.svl=column1_1 they planted USB keys laced with Trojans around a company they were security auditing, and got a 75% hit rate.
